COACH ELWYN
A lifelong combatatives practitioner and instructor (boxing, mauy Thai, Mma,ninjitsu, military CQC, weapon defence etc..) Coach Elwyn started training on Island 9 years ago running private training from Waiheke Workout, before opening The Yard in Ostend (now BeFit).
Since then his vision has been to create a facility focused solely on providing high level coaching of strength, conditioning, mobility and skill in a way that is accessible to everyone. Irregardless of age or gender. To achieve this he has kept the coach to student ratio at 1 to 6 - giving each person the required attention, in order to reach their potential.
COACH ANDREW
Introducing coach Andrew - a long time coach and practitioner, focused on developing power, strength, speed, agility and control.
Coaching all across Auckland in a number of facilities (from boutique gyms and Crossfit boxes, through to gymnastic and parkour facilties) before opening his own successful gym in Ponsonby.
Coach Andrew focuses on deep mobility, strength and conditioning, and bodyweight / calisthenic skill.
