We deeply believe in building your capacity for strength, power and movement - to empower you to move well and be fit for life. To this end we offer a range of small group (max 6 students per coach) fitness classes. These classes cover True Strength, Combat Conditioning, Skill development and Mobility Flow – all designed for you to build unmatched fitness, physique and movement.
FITNESS CLASSES ON WAIHEKE
COMBAT CONDITIONING
Designed to build athletic power, move dynamically and enhance overall fitness - this class is perfect for individuals looking to challenge themselves and achieve impressive results.
Led by our knowledgeable instructors, this Combat Conditioning class focuses on mastering fundamental boxing pad work, alongside weight training and athletic conditioning. Through progressive training techniques, you'll learn how to move well with power and skill.
TRUE STRENGTH
Designed to build true full-body strength, power and physique under expert instruction.
Starting with the fundamentals movement patterns and a focus on progressive training, your coach will tailor the class to directly suit your current skills level - all in an effort to build a body that is fit for life.
MOBILITY FLOW
This class offers a deep mobility practice including natural movement, agility and flow – with the aim to create, control and expand your usable range of motion.
An amazing practice on it’s own – and perfect to compliment other forms of skill and strength based training.
CALIStHENICS / HANDSTANDS
In this class we explore a range of street workout & calisthenics skills - including handstands, pull ups / muscle ups, human flag and more.
Participants will learn proper form and technique while engaging in progressive challenges to enhance their physical abilities. Experience the freedom of functional movement, improve your body control, and achieve your fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment.
SUNDAY RECOVERY SESSION
Unwind and recharge in our Sunday Recovery class, a rejuvenating session designed to help you relax and prepare for the week ahead.
This class focuses on gentle yoga-inspired movements and restorative techniques that promote deep stretching, mindfulness, and relaxation.
